During the first three quarters of 2022, Amadeus Media Solutions enabled destinations to benefit from a 162% percent YoY increase in visitors through online advertising campaigns that consistently delivered a high return on advertising spend (ROAS)*, some of which earned a 2 or 3-digit ROAS surpassing industry benchmarks.
Similarly, our travel seller advertising produced strong results in 2022, exceeding a total of 2021 figures. With a steady increase in travel providers leveraging Amadeus’ multi-GDS advertising capabilities, meaning that clients can advertise on multiple GDS platforms by partnering with us, the total impressions generated on the GDS for our clients have more than tripled, enabling Amadeus’ customers to reach over 300,000 travel agent offices around the world as of January 2022*.
