I would say we had a reset, and I’m using that word simply because we had to look back, forward, sideways, and try to understand where this road is taking us. So, it’s not just that we have to go potentially back a couple of years, at the same time, we have to try and find a level of innovation that will make us more relevant.

And we believe that post-COVID, being relevant is what businesses need. It’s not just from how we cater to our guests and, you know, what services we provide, but also making it adjustable in terms of business needs, business opportunities. And there have been a lot of internal challenges because, if anything else, COVID has given us a lot of multitasking.

And that’s been probably the biggest adaptation because we are no longer necessary specialists; we have to become generalists in terms of running the business and making it relevant to what the future holds.
